Stitching The Raven and a Snowflake This Week
I’ve got progress on two projects this week *gasp* – I know right? I’m still slowly progressing on The Raven by La D Da on the pretty sparkly fabric.
And I’m also stitching up a snowflake …
This is going to be the second pattern in the Ornament Pattern Club. I’m using white DMC and stitching on a Silkweaver Solo of 28 count Cashel Linen. Not my favorite linen choice, but I seem to have quite a bit of it in the stash cabinet. I do love the color though. It makes me think of a chilly dusk in the winter.
So that’s what I’m stitching this week. What are you working on?

I remember you had started yours around the time I ordered the chart. It comes together pretty quickly once you get going on it.
Yeah, I had put it aside while I had a bad, bad case of tendinitis in my elbow and couldnt stitch for 3 months. Once I picked it back up, it was finished in a week!
I really like your raven piece…will there be a raven on it too? I’m almost half way through the x-stitch army emblem and started working on finishing my Lewis and Clark cross stitch project.
