I came across this free owl cross stitch pattern when I was browsing on Pinterest (Yes, I am a Pinterest addict) and it’s absolutely adorable. The site is not in English, but it does say “Freebie” and you can download the pattern by clicking on it from the site.

=> This is the original source to get the owl pattern and offers two different color variations, one in the fun colors pictured above and one in neutral brown tones that are a bit more owl-realistic.
Happy Stitching!

Gorgeous!!!
Really nice.. I love Pininterest too. You never know what unique craft item you’ll find!
Cute!
That is so freaking cute!!!
The Owls are soooooo CUTE! Thanks for the freebie! I can’t wait to stitch it!
Is the color chart available?
I didn’t see a legend/key on the original. I think the idea is to use up your scraps and leftover floss stash.
I am having a hard time making the chart larger in order to see it. Also, do you know the dimensions of the pattern?
My girlfriend is using owls as her theme for the baby nursery.
THANKS!
Hi,
I am really enjoying your blog, lots of great things to look at and be inspired by. The cute owl cross stitch pattern is great. Just wondering if you have a colour chart with DMC / Anchor numbers ? I am not that good at matching them myself.
Cheers
Deborah
I think the designer intended it to be a “pick your own colors” kind of thing where you use leftover tidbits from your stash.
