Our Community Is More Than Just Cross Stitching

Even though our cross stitching often consumes us and you will find us ignoring the rest of the world for hours at a time to focus on needle and thread, we are still have other life interests, families, pets, homes, – you know, normal every day stuff! Here’s a few blog posts from the stitchers in the STNA community to show off what we’ve been up to other than stitching…

Dawn has a little video to share about the new baby lambs they have. They have five itty bitty baby lambs roaming their ranch this spring! (Go watch the video and come back, it’s adorable and I’ll wait….)

Lindsay is working on planting a container garden on her patio – which reminds me I really need to get my yard work done this weekend.

Christine is working on some pretty crochet. Okay, that’s still a type of stitching, but it’s still not cross stitching.

Cathy has a cute little sewing project and some beautiful flowers blooming in her yard.

I blogged about smartphones, tablet devices, and websites for sale over on my business focused blog.

And Chrissie just started her blog, so be sure to hop over there and say hello and welcome her to her new space on the web.

Now it’s your turn. What are YOU up to this week?

Happy Stitching!

Those lambs are adorable!! – What I am up to this weekend is doing some laundry, doing some work out on our balcony, and hopefully get lots more stitching done!

  2. Ummm…mine will all be stitching based, lol! A trip to JoAnn’s for some supplies, several batches of fabric to dye and get ready for the launch of a new “line” and of course lots & lots of cross stitching!
