Night Owl from Mill Hill is Chart of the Week

If you’ve been reading at Stitching the Night Away for any length of time you’ve probably caught on that I like seeing owls in cross stitch, so this week’s featured chart probably comes as no surprise to you.

Night Owl is actually a complete cross stitch kit from Mill Hill.

You’ll find everything you need to stitch up this 5×5 inch design as pictured, with the exception of the frame of course. These fun little kits from Mill Hill make great quick projects and I personally like them for their portable size.

I’ve been a cross stitcher since I was 8 years old. It was something I learned as a Girl Scout when we did a project for a badge related to crafts and the group choose to cross stitch a holiday design on a red sweatshirt using waste canvas. (Talk about hard first project, that was such a pain!) I was one of the first ones finished and I’ve had a needle in my hand almost every day since then.
