Stitching Paisley Pumpkin by Mill Hill

Paisley Pumpkin kit from Mill Hill was my Labor Day weekend travel project… Not a lot of progress to see so far.

Working on stitching Paisley Pumpkin by Mill Hill

I didn’t get as much done as I wanted that weekend and I haven’t had much time to stitch since we got home and school started either. The beginning of September is always a bit busy with things to do ~ school starts, new routines, baseball practices, places to be, and loads of work to do. But, I think I made a good start on it and the big blocks of color stitch up pretty quickly (even when you stitch as slow as I’ve been stitching lately -lol-)

Thanks for following along with what I’ve been stitching. What are you working on?

Mill Hill has come a long way in their designs. I love the fall leaves and the covered bridge. Outstanding.

    • I absolutely agree! There are several fall releases that I really would like to stitch. So far I’m enjoying this kit – never thought I’d say those words LOL – and if I get it finished in a timely manner there are at least two others that I’d like to stitch to go with it as fall decor.

  3. Look nice, wish wish wish Mill Hill would pre-sort the beads. I want to stitch NOT sort the beads so I don’t buy their kits. To bad for them

    • I noticed in previous Mill Hill kits that I purchased the beads were always in one baggie, but in this one they were sorted into two baggies. Three colors in one and three colors in the other, each bag with easily distinguishable colors in it, so it’s not too bad. I do all the beadwork at one time when I’m finished stitching so it’s not a big deal for them to be bunched together like that for me, well at least I don’t think it’s going to be a problem – we’ll see when I get that far 😉

  4. Any progress is progress ! I am still stitching on Loara Standish sampler & L&L Morming Song
