sea turtle cross stitch pattern Turtles two weeks in a row ~ I’m totally geeked! Last week we had Turtle Silhouette and now this week we’re looking at Sea Turtle by Brenda Franklin Designs.

I couldn’t find a lot of information about the pattern other than the size (200×136 stitches) and that the design includes both full and petit stitches. As many of you already know, I get a little excited when I find a turtle or a tortoise in cross stitch ~ it completely makes my day! So I would like to present this week’s chart of the week with a huge smile

I love band samplers, adore them even. This is Heart Band Sampler by Debbie Draper Designs and it seems fitting for the upcoming Valentine’s Day holiday – but I think it’s also quite appropriate for any day and every day.

I couldn’t find the exact chart details online, but I think this would look lovely stitched in just about any hand dyed or over dyed thread in your stash. Silks, of course, would be lovely – as they are with any sampler.
