Just a quick little note. Ornament Club has begun officially today, I’m so excited! We have a great group of stitchers participating and everything seems to be going smoothly this morning.

I have taken down this pattern and it will not be re-released here. I based this pattern on graphics I purchased from iStock.com and it seems that I misunderstood the TOS from the illustrator on the particular graphic in regards to needlework. I received an email addressing this issue today and I want to deeply apologize for this error in judgment. Being part of the publishing community I should have known better than not to double check on the copyrights of something before using it.
Additionally, I am fully refunding all purchases that were made of this chart. If you made a purchase here you will see a refund in Paypal along with my apologies within the next few hours of this update.

**update added 4/15/11** After some back and forth Q&A with iStock I have additional information from them if anyone is interested. If the digital needlework pattern created from the image is free for end users (you) the standard image license is fine for up to 500,000 downloads. Once it passes 500,000 an extended license is required. (None of the patterns here have reached that limit yet, that’s a lot so I can only hope some day we reach numbers like that.) If the digital needlework pattern created from the image is for sale an extended license is required. If the pattern is to be sold in pre-printed format (like a leaflet) the rules change again and a third type of license is required. I hope that helps clear up any questions anyone may have about using stock images.
