With Memorial Day and Independence Day coming up in the United States you might be thinking of stitching some patriotic themed items. What could be more patriotic than the original Pledge of Allegiance to the flag?

This chart comes from Samsarah Design Studio. “I Pledge Allegiance Sampler” stitched on 30 count Havana Linen by Weeks Dye Works with Crescent Colours (Blacksmith Blue, Smoke, Wavy Navy, Apple Fritter, Red Currant, Wild Berries, Bamboo, 12 Grain, Wild Oats, Queen Bee) and has a stitch count of 61W x 139H.

I’ve Got My Love To Keep Me Warm Cross Stitch Sampler Chart of the Week

I love it when I find an enjoyable sampler that doesn’t have an alphabet on it. This one is called I’ve Got My Love To Keep Me Warm and comes from Heartstring Samplery.

The quote on the sampler reads:

“The snow is snowing, the wind is blowing, just watch those icicles form. I’ve got my love to keep me warm”.

Model was stitched on 35 count Straw linen by Weeks Dye Works using Weeks Dye Works flosses in Kohl and Brick. Stitch count is 123W x 233H.
