As crafters we tend to have lots of images and pretty things in our blog posts, and those things often get pinned on Pinterest. But how do you know what was pinned and by who? Your social media widgets might tell you how many pins but maybe you want to see who is pinning you so you can follow them and check out their pins as well. Let’s take a look at how to do that….
First we’re going to go to Pinterest.com. You don’t even have to be logged in to do this.
In the address bar of your window you’re going to add /source/yourwebsite.com to the URL
That’s it! Pinterest will load for a second or two and bring up all the pins with your website as the source of the image.
If you want to receive email notifications when someone pins something from your blog you can try out PinAlerts. This service is in Beta testing right now and I actually just started trying it out, so I don’t have a lot of information about it yet.
I hope you enjoyed this quick craft blogger tip 😉 If you have questions about blogging, please do let me know in the comments below or via email.
Happy Pinning & Blogging!
