I am a member of the Cross Stitch Club, an online group of over 4,000 members from around the world. We have a Cross Stitch Family page in which we post needs/requests. I recently sent a Valentine to a boy in England with a brain tumor. I, too, have had one so was able to encourage him. The group is supportive, loving, and has a weekly challenge page where we update our progress and cheer on each other. It has been wonderful to be a part of such a loving, supportive group.

How do I find that family page in FB? Years ago I passionately was addicted to cross stitching on 22 count linen. I started a design of a young woman in her wedding gown with her reflection in mirror and the backside of dress with the beautiful train in her bedroom with a canopy bed and wooden chest of drawers etc. I Wanted to give it to my daughter when she got married. She is 40 now and finally getting married in May but the design is probably only a little halfway completed but my eyesight is compromised. I was curious if I could find someone to finish it for me?

Wondering if there are any cross stitchers in the Aurora, IL area that are interested in purchasing cross stitch supplies. I have a number of kits, frames, books and other cross stitch items that I would like to sell.
