This week is National Suicide Prevention Week. I’ve been meaning to chart something to stitch for Project Semicolon and today seemed like a good day to get that finished and shared out in the world.

  1. Thank you so much for this chart! I’ve been stitching for over 30 years and never seen a chart about self-injury or suicide prevention. I’m going to stitch it using an overdyed floss in suicide prevention colors, if I can find something to match the ribbon.

    • And more importantly, thank you for spreading the word!

For free help in the US – National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is at 1-800-273-8255 and online at http://www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org

If I’ve made a mistake with the above, type “suicide” into Go’s search engine. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is the first result.
