Queen of Freedom cross stitch pattern by MirabiliaThe Mirabilia sitting ladies aren’t usually my style, but there are a few that I really do like. Queen of Freedom is one of those. Anything with a patriotic theme usually gets my attention.

Design uses DMC floss, Mill Hill Beads, and Kreinik Metallic Thread.
Stitch count is 181 x 289

NYC Remembrance Sampler is Chart of the Week

This weekend was a rough one for a lot of us, 10 years after the tragedy that happened on September 11, 2001 the United States was a country in remembrance. It seemed only right that this week’s chart of the week reflect that emotion, so I searched for awhile this morning.
