Last year’s Spring Eggs were seasonal flower themed, this year’s Spring Eggs seem to be seasonal insect themed with a Dragonfly and a Ladybug.

There’s a magnet included for finishing and display, but you could add a cord and make it a hanging ornament if you have an Easter or Spring Solstice tree, or a year round tree or display that you change the ornaments on. Have fun with it and get creative 😉

Glad to see that Mill Hill got away from pins in these kits and went magnets. The are fairly heavy when completed and the pin either wasn’t strong enough or it tor the clothing that it was attached to.

I agree so much about the pinbacks, they were so tiny and they never held up to the weight of the beads. I used to toss the pinback in my button tin and put a magnet on or add a hanger to create an ornament anyway so I’m really glad the magnet comes with the kit now 😉
