Valentine Free Cross Stitch Pattern

This is a brand new pattern from us just in time to stitch for Valentine’s Day, just charted it out this afternoon.

You can use any color you like, stitch all in one color or grab an over-dyed floss and use that. I think either will come out fantastic. (I particularly would love to see this stitched in all black on a pink fabric! I might just do that when I’m ready to stitch it for myself.)

If you stitch this piece I would love to see your finished work. You can leave a comment here, send me an email, or share your photos on our Facebook page!

Happy Stitching!
Kind Regards,
Loretta

P.S. If you need fabric and threads to complete this pattern, please check out the cross stitching supplies section!

I’ve tried to get this pattern to appear on the pdf but it ends up blank….with a done at the bottom of the page.

Sometimes it takes awhile to load the image on the web. Try right clicking the link, select “save as” and saving the PDF before you open it, sometimes that goes faster. I hope that helps 🙂

I fell in love with this pattern the moment I saw it. I’ve made two of them so far; both in the same color. I found it a tad difficult to work only because when it prints out the pages they’re in different sizes so you have to be careful to line it all up correctly. I’ll be making more of this pattern. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.

Thanks for the feedback on that Vicki! I’ll take a look at the pattern pages and see if I can size those better for an update – I don’t have a printer right now so sometimes it’s hard to test things like that. I appreciate you mentioning it! 🙂

Loretta, do you have any idea how many skeins of DMC this pattern takes? I’d like to make yet another one in a color I don’t have yet and, No, I didn’t keep track of how much I used on the other two I made in order to know. Thanks.

I don’t think it would be more than one skein, but I’m just rough guestimating here.
