Virgo (♍) a loving, loyal, and true friend you can always count on. As an earth sign, Virgo’s colors are blues, tans, browns, and greens, which are very soothing to the sign’s anxious temperament.
Each block in the series is 45 x 45 stitches so they can be used together or individually and be interchangeable. On their own they’re the perfect size for an ornament, a card, or a scented sachet. You can group several symbols together for a family sampler or stitch all 12 for an annual sampler. So many stitchy possibilities to explore and have fun with.
You can customize and stitch however you’d like, each Zodiac symbol’s PDF file will include 5 individual chart; the four you see in the preview pane above plus one with just the backstitching outline. I intentionally removed the floss key from the patterns so that everyone’s piece will be unique. You can stitch it in one, two, or three colors, use variegated threads or metallics, etc. You can use any colors you’d like, but if you’re curious about what I used while charting and test stitching, the colors were 779 and 797.
Virgo is a smart and practical Earth sign, ruled by Mercury and symbolized by the Virgin — not necessarily because Virgo is prudish, but rather because they are highly discriminating. Hardworking, detail-oriented and quite critical, with an uncanny analytical gift for seeing what’s wrong with people, situations and their surrounding environment.
Thank you for your amazing support.
Enjoy the pattern and happy stitching!

I wish Virgo was more nature colors because I am a Virgo and don’t really associate it with blue, but I do like the pattern.

There’s actually no floss legend on the patterns, the idea is to stitch whatever color you feel most connected with. (I’m actually stitching my Capricorn in purple and green instead of blue and green) I feel like Zodiac signs are kind of a personal thing, so I wanted everyone to choose their own adventure when it came to choosing the actual stitching supplies 😉
