Capricorn Zodiac Blocks

Here’s the fourth release in the Zodiac Blocks series! Actually, I confess that this is the first one I charted because I’m a Capricorn myself and I’ve been stitching it. I went back in and made a quick tweak and now it’s ready for release.

Capricorn (♑) Calm, cool and collected Capricorn is an Earth sign represented by the Mountain Goat, powerful and determined to push ahead until they reach the top. No obstacle will get in the way of Capricorn’s success, but this drive to succeed can also sometimes alienate family and friends.

Capricorn Zodiac Blocks for Cross Stitch and Blackwork

$2.99

Each block in the series is 45 x 45 stitches so they can be used together or individually and be interchangeable. On their own they’re the perfect size for an ornament, a card, or a scented sachet. You can group several symbols together for a family sampler or stitch all 12 for an annual sampler. So many stitchy possibilities to explore and have fun with.

You can customize and stitch however you’d like, each Zodiac symbol’s PDF file will include 5 individual chart; the four you see in the preview pane above plus one with just the backstitching outline. I intentionally removed the floss key from the patterns so that everyone’s piece will be unique. You can stitch it in one, two, or three colors, use variegated threads or metallics, etc.

Capricorn is ruled by the planet Saturn. In astrology, Capricorn is considered an earth sign, introvert sign, a power sign and one of the four cardinal signs. It is also tagged as the most ambitious starsign. The mountain goat part of the symbol depicts ambition, intelligence, curiosity but also steadiness, and ability to thrive in inhospitable environments while the fish represents passion, spirituality, intuition, connection with soul.

Thank you for your amazing support.
Enjoy the pattern and happy stitching!
Loretta
